This year summer season starts from 21 June and ends in 23 September. As the hottest months of the year, summer becomes unbearable sometimes. With longer days the temperature of the weather remains same until midnight. The humidity also affects our day to day life. For that reason it is important for you to take small stapes so that it gets easier to survive throughout the season without getting dehydrated or sick.

Complications of Summer on Your Body

Nothing is good in an excessive form. We know that the sunlight is important for our body to generate vitamin D, which is necessary for bone health and other positive health benefit but excessive sun leads to hazardous situation for us.

Dehydration

When your body is exposed to too much heat, it produces sweat in order to keep your skin safe. But this may causes lack of water in your body which can be the reason of several health condition like dehydration, UTI, feeling uneasy, dry skin and more. To avoid the possibilities of dehydration you have to maintain some factors like

  • Keep yourself hydrated with water, water rich fruits.
  • Avoid sugar and caffeine as the can be the reason of dehydration.
  • Stay indoors to avoid sweating.
  • Have mineral rich foods, as sweating leaches them out.
  • Avoid hyper activities during the day.

Sunburn

When you expose yourself to extreme heat, sunburn is the ultimate result that will happen to you. Due to sunburn your skin becomes too irritated to touch and the color becomes red. Some remedies can help you to heal this skin damage

  • Avoid going out during the day.
  • Use shades and umbrella
  • Use SPF 50 to help with the sunburn.
  • Put some ice on the irritated area to cool off.

Heatstroke

Summer is the perfect time for allergen to be in the air. Due to these allergens (dust, pollen) , sneezing, itchiness, redness can happen. The best thing you can do to avoid allergic reaction is 

  • Be in the shades
  • Use mask
  • Have anti allergic medication
  • Keep your space clean and dust free

Though some people admit that their favorite season is summer but admit it or not everyone struggles to style in summer. When the weather is hot and humid it’s impossible to look good and fancy. But not to worry, because I have some tips and tricks that might save you from certain odd moment.

Wear Light Colors

Throw your dark personality in summer and embrace colorful cloth. Black color tends to adsorb heat and that might be uncomfortable for our body. So, it is suggested to wear light and colorful cloths.
